Title : Pakistani Political Leader/First Female Prime Minister of a Muslim Country

Birthplace : Karachi, Parkistan

Born : 1953 - 2007

Benazir Bhutto was the first woman who became Prime Minister of Pakistan twice and to date the only female prime minister in Pakistan.  Leading the Pakistan Peoples Party,  Bhutto was the eldest kid of former prime minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.  At the age of 35, she was sworn in as Prime Minister but was removed from office 20 months later.. on grounds of corruption by the then President Ghulam Ishaq Khan.  And again got re elected in 1993 and removed in 1996 on similar charges, but this time by President Farooq Leghari.  She then went on a self imposed exile in Dubai in 1998.

Killed tragically in 2007 after being granted amnesty and all corruption charges withdrawn, it is believed that she was killed because of her participation of the next election in Pakistan .. and that some opposition didn’t want her to be in office.  Definitely a lost to the people of Pakistan, Bhutto had voiced concern over alot of women’s issues including health and discrimination against women.  She had lots of plans but they were unfortunately not achieved due to the fact that the opposition gave her lots of hard time for it.  Bhutto was very much into pro life and spoke alot against abortion.

Lots of women inspires me.. but one very close to my heart is my grandmother.  She is very wise.. and even when she grew alot older.. she knew exactly what she wanted.. and make sure.. that she takes prevention and not get herself hurt.  Like the time, she asked my Uncle Richard for a  walk in tub, I figured she knew her knees were getting weaker for the day.. and she didn’t want to fall or break her bones.  Well, of course my Uncle Richard had to procrastinate.. and guessed what happened..??  my grandmother fell in the bathroom.. and broke her hips.  *sigh*

Title : Writer/Friends of the Blind and Deaf

Birthplace : Tuscumbia, Alabama

Born : 1880

Born in 1880, Helen Keller is history and no one do not know her. Coming from a very closed knitted family of 2 half brothers, a sister and a dog, Helen is very much loved by both parents. At a very young age, Helen had gotten ill and left her deaf and blind.

Instead of lamenting.. Helen took charge of her life..and not only learned Braille but taught others.. and became the most amazing woman in history who was blind and death. She did alot of charity work.. with the American foundation for the blind and even graduated from college. Thus, making her the first blind and deaf person to do that.

Women back home .. goes back to work.. after having their babies.. not because they do not love their family and kids.. but moreos, it is a necessity in order to survive.  The standard of living is so high.. one has no choice but to have a career and juggle family and office .. but not without the help of a maid.  But like any smart working woman.. they always have a hidden spy camera just to make sure.. that the maid doesn’t do anything bad to their kids.. especially an infant left at their care. Prevention is better than cure.. if i lived in Asia.. i would do exactly the same.

The greatest housewives ever is not my generation .. but those of my mum and grandmother.  They are ladies who does all the budgeting and planning for just about everything from the home, house, food, school fees.. and of course the dressing up of the family and paying all bills on time.  Now i’ll have to salute them.. because they didn’t have a masters nor a phd for it.  Don’t you think that our mothers and grandmothers.. are women who inspires us..??

The Domestic Goddess and English Muffin .. is what she is known as.. but of course Nigella Lawson is more than that. A name given by her grandmother.. Nigella is anything but common. Her father is a Baron and her mother is from some influential family.

Host of Nigella Bites became so famous.. even people from Asia.. came to love her.. and her shows.. and books. Sold more than 3 million books worldwide.. Nigella enjoyed a very successful career with Food Network in USA.

I fell absolutely in love with her.. for her unpretentious and easy cooking style.. thus making every woman i know.. feels that conquering the kitchen.. is not that difficult afterall. She doesn’t have an empire like Martha Stewart.. but she is definitely an inspiration to all woman .. from all over the world.. that a bigger size woman can be sexy too.

Whether you are an inspirational women or a powerful one now, we all know that we were young ones.. and sometimes.. we slipped.  Being a inspirational women are women who helped others.. who make others know that your dreams can come true as well. I know that some of these powerful and inspirational women chooses to work with drug rehab for these exact purpose.  You too can inspire others.

After watching Vicky Hurst claimed Duramed Futures Tour Major Championship, one cannot help but truly feel inspired.. by her. Vicky Hurst is from Melbourne, Fla and is a rookie.. when it comes to golf championship. I wonder what she is using for her golf equipments..?? I have a few Callaway irons myself, and like any amateur golfer, i tend to watch out and see what others are using.. to play a better game.
